Seven-day support window
If a technical problem prevents you from unlocking or printing the Event Pack, email hello@realb.it within seven days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout and a short description of what happened.
How requests are assessed
We will first try to restore access or help produce the pack. If the paid feature was unavailable and cannot be delivered reasonably, we will refund the purchase to its original payment method.
Changes of mind
Because the digital pack is generated immediately, a change of mind after successful access or printing is not normally refundable. Consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not limited by this policy.
Music and venue costs
Music subscriptions, licences, venue costs, printing supplies, and other third-party event expenses are separate from CueBingo and are not reimbursed by this policy.
